JNK India wins design & engineering order from Korean promoter for refinery project in India
JNK India clarified that while the order falls within related party transactions, it has been entered into on an arm’s length basis. The company further confirmed that there is no potential conflict of interest arising from this transaction. Shares of JNK India Ltd ended at ₹299.15, down by ₹6.20 or 2.03%, on the BSE today (August 22).
