Keystone Realtors secures NCLT approval for Key Fortune Relators merger
Keystone Realtors, which operates under the brand name Rustomjee, has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for the merger of its subsidiary, Key Fortune Relators Private Limited, into the parent company. The company in an exchange filing said that the merger scheme will become effective once both Key Fortune Relators and Keystone Realtors submit a certified copy of the tribunal's order to the Registrar of Companies.
