MCA notifies appointment of 24 Judicial, Technical NCLT members
The appointments, announced by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, on Tuesday, January 7, include 11 Judicial Members and 13 Technical Members, who will serve at the NCLT’s Principal Bench in New Delhi. According to the notification, the appointees will hold their positions for five years from the date of assuming charge or until they reach the age of 65, whichever comes first.
