The Cruiser That Gives You Harley Presence Without Harley Money
The Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic costs $9,699—less than half the price of a Harley Heritage Classic—and delivers the look and V-twin feel to match.
Long before the engine fires, a motorcycle has already been judged on its styling. That’s doubly true for cruisers, and Harley-Davidson has turned it into an art form. The long wheelbase, deep fenders, broad tank, and laid-back stance give it a presence that turns heads at a standstill, and for most cruiser buyers, that matters far more than other bits. That presence, however, comes at a premium, and it pushes plenty of buyers away from the American benchmark. But walking away from Harley often means walking away from its styling, which is hard to replicate. One cruiser, though, pulls it off convincingly at a fraction of the cost.
