Filipino residents in the UAE will have the opportunity to access key Land Transportation Office (LTO) services in Dubai next weekend, as the Philippine government brings its OFW Serbisyo Caravan back for a third edition.On Sunday (January 11), the LTO will offer on-site services at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai, according to an advisory posted by Migrant Workers Office. This will allow overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) to renew their Philippine driver’s licences, as well as update personal records such as address and marital status — all without having to travel home.Filipino residents in the UAE who wish to renew their Philippine driver’s licence or update personal records during the OFW Serbisyo Caravan will need to prepare the following documents: Completed Application for Renewal Form (APL Form)Current or expired licence cardMedical certificate from an LTO-accredited clinicComprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) certificate submitted through their portal accountStay up to date with the latest news.
