Related party rules: RBI accepts some industry suggestions, rejects others
The RBI said all existing transactions that didn't comply with the revised rules could continue until there was any enhancement, renewal, re-pricing, or change in the terms and conditions of such transactions. It also agreed to tweak its definition of a related party.
