Dubai. Roads and Transport Authority. 16th February 2026: Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the working hours for all its services during the Holy Month of Ramadan 1447 AH / 2026. The revised schedules cover Customer Happiness Centres, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram services, marine transport services, and service provider centres (vehicle technical inspection).
