UAE: Dh5-million fund announced for social media creators focused on family content

A Dh5-million fund has been announced for content creators specialising in family and social themes.

The announcement comes as a part of the ongoing 1 Billion Followers Summit. The fund will be launched by Creators HQ and Alfan.

2026 has been designated as the 'Year of Family' by the UAE Government.

The new theme highlights the importance of preserving family cohesion and strong family relations that unite family members, as they are the basic pillar on which a strong and prosperous society is based.

The fund will cover:
